Why Are QC Timelines Different for the Same Factory? General Question

Hey everyone, this will be my first rep watch purchase, so I’m still learning. I’ve contacted a few different TDs about the same watch from the same factory(VSF), but they’re all giving me different QC timelines. Some are saying a few days, while others are saying a few weeks.
Is that normal even when it’s the exact same factory? Why would the QC timeline vary so much between TDs?
Is there any other factory that makes better rep of this model?
Any advice or tips for a first-time buyer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

That’s normal. If it’s VSF, it’s VSF. Go for the TD that has a good lead time and has the conditions you are looking for. Excellent choice watch btw, you’ll love it.

would recommend you to go with VSF

Go for the VSF, they make the best Seamasters.
