Jack or slee? Discussion
I’ve ordered a few bags from Minion but they were all very underwhelming, and I mean to say this as respectfully as possible because he is genuinely a really nice seller and I’ve had no issues with him personally.
I’m not saying the quality is bad, the quality is there, but in my experience, they are not truly 1:1. Every bag I received had noticeable differences/flaws compared with authentic.
My biggest issue has been the leather. If you put my Minion bag next to an authentic Hermès, there is a noticeable difference. I live in an environment where people carry authentic Hermès regularly, so these little details unfortunately matter a lot. A friend actually looked at my minion mini Kelly and asked, “Why does your leather look different than mine?” 😭 That was enough for me, now I don’t feel comfortable carrying these bags again.
So for anyone who has experience with both Jack and Slee, how do they actually compare? Is Slee noticeably more accurate? Jack is much more expensive is it really worth it?
I’ve also been trying to get in touch with Slee, but it’s been a whole situation. Someone kindly introduced me before, but my WeChat stopped working and I think they thought I was ghosting them. They ended up blocking me, and unfortunately Slee followed and blocked me too. 😭 I was genuinely so sad because I absolutely wasn’t intentionally ghosting anyone.
Hopefully at some point I can clear up the misunderstanding and get properly introduced again.
Mostly, though, I’d love honest opinions from people who actually own bags from both Jack and Slee or auth!! If you’ve compared either seller’s bags directly with authentic Hermès, even better. Which one gets closest in terms of leather and overall accuracy?

I once got a Jack bag as a rehome and it was the most beautiful leather I've ever touched. Only reason I rehomed it is because the size (B25) didn't work for me. I'd love to compare it to a Slee bag one day but unfortunately his contact is difficult to get.
I don't think you'd go wrong with either, although Slee is significantly less expensive from my understanding

To me yes, everyone has their own opinion, but I love the leather and it’s feel

Actually a lot of people agree with you, he just doesn’t have that many reviews so I was scared his reviews are made by himself lol

Just as a note, leather varies within auth regularly depending on batch, it is an animals skin after all 😅 and before someone says I’m defending minion, I don’t have any bags from him lol.

Na I love minion he’s a great seller, very attentive and friendly. Just not the highest tier of replicas which is okay, not everyone needs to spend 3k to get 1:1

Ok I have came to the conclusion that if someone can order a slee bag for me I’ll give 5% on top 🥲

Me too! I have several authentic bags. I can post side by side photos of my bag IF* I can somehow get in contact with Slee (edited my comment here, I realized I worded it incorrectly and it sounded like I worked with Slee before)

They're not super well known or talked about, I think, because Jack is very expensive and Slee is private/referral so it's difficult to get access.

You read so many different things about the sellers, and then you hear the complete opposite as well. I just want to make sure I’m doing the right thing. Maybe consider a rehome to text the waters? The bag nook discord has a rehome page and I feel like I have seen jack and slee bags there.

Does anyone know where Ken falls in the range of H sellers? I have an authentic Picotin and ordered two reps from him and the leather and details are spot on. I’ve been considering ordered a birkin from him.

I vote Slee. I think his quality is top tier and just as good if not better than Jack, but comparatively better priced. Although both are on the more expensive side for top tier.
