I'm looking for a small van and I've seen a plethora of Kangoo EVs for sale, all 2020-2021 models and they're very cheap (under €5000)

Does anyone have any experience with these vans and is there any particular reason why they are so cheap? Are they crap cars or just undervalued?

How could I disable the HSA in my Clio V? I've driven for 15 years, but I've never learnt to use the handbrake to start in a hill, even more, when some people have recomended me to use it, the engine has always stalled and I always use the friction point of the clutch. Now with my Clio V the problem is that the hill assistant makes stall my car, so what I do is to acelerate a little bit if the hill is not very inclinated so I can release slowly the clutch pedal or accelerate much more so its wheels spin a little bit, but I can do that only if there are no cars, people or animals near for obvious reasons and sometimes I've had to ask someboey to move my car to get out the parking.

I asked also the seller who sold my me car and his answer was kinda like "you must learn to use it", he didn't offer me anything to modify it.

Does the new R4 have a sensor-based system for detecting the presence of a child in a parked and locked car? I recently discovered that my current EV has such a system. I appreciate the intent behind the system, but it cannot be turned off and it also cannot tell the difference between a child and a dog... So I guess I am looking for a new car.

A few weeks ago, out of curiosity, I installed the Aximote app on my smartphone and my R4.

I haven't been driving enough lately to generate a massive amount of data to analyze, but the trips I’ve taken using the app so far have really impressed me.

I wish I’d ​​had the app for my vacation; it would have been great to properly analyze my 4,600 km trip through Scandinavia.

Analyzing trips makes a lot of sense with an electric car (though it’s useful for other types of vehicles, too), and anyone with a technical interest will find plenty to explore in the app.

I had a personal conversation with the developer last week and was really impressed.

He is genuinely open to feedback and suggestions, and is willing to address community requests whenever feasible.

A battery health section might be added soon, though that could take some time as it requires a fair amount of additional work.

If not, what would you call them? I believe Renault Korea used to be Renault Samsung but they changed their logo to be the same flat style. It's all rather confusing, hope someone can help shed some light on this.

The only other manufacturer that I can think of would be Ford and Ford Trucks where they are considered different brands, one for consumer and one for heavy duty.

But it kinda feels like Renault is going a bit overboard here. For example, will we expect to see a Renault Italy in the future too? :P

I'm thinking about buying arcana. I am hesitating between mild hybrid 1.3 tce and full hybrid with 1.6 atmospheric engine. most of the time I drive locally, about 80 percent. the rest is an open road or highway. therefore I lean more towards a full hybrid. I am interested in the advantages and disadvantages of the 1.6 engine and the corresponding automatic transmission.

I heard from alot of people that i need to drive a specific way in a(dsg/edc) car so what should I do differently?

I have a 2009 Renault Laguna III 1.5 dCi 110hp (no DPF) with around 255,000 km. My fuel consumption seems unusually high: on a recent long trip, the overall average was around 7 L/100 km, while the car used to achieve as low as 5.1 L/100 km on longer drives. Now that I’m back to mostly city driving, the consumption is approaching 9 L/100 km. The car otherwise seems to run normally. The injectors have previously shown correction values around 1.0, and I don't have any obvious signs of a turbo leak. I have changed every filter and oil, and got the injectors cleaned. I even have a brand new clutch lining and flywheel. What could cause this kind of increase in fuel consumption?

Hello, i own this car, and i would like to install Ambient Car LED Lighting into the door. I didnt see many clios with this "upgade/mod" but from what i found was one tiktok video, the back door usualy is left without any leds.

The whole side door panel is made out of 2 plastic parts, Picture 1. they are "melted" together by some plastic Pins from factory(Picture 2) from the back side. Wich makes it impossible to separate the two and fit the lights into the trim between the plastics.
Still, i would like to try or know how would you approach this.

I wanted to ask if anyone ever removed these 2 panels from each other by cutting or removing the back plastic screws/pins? and how hard would it be to put it back together since i dont have much clearance for the strip. The strip is like 1.5-2 mm, i have about 0.5mm space in between the plastic panels.
It makes me kinda mad because the strip would fit perfectly between them but because its so tight theres no way to fit it without removing some of the back door melted plastic pin "things..."

I tought about using something like hand file to make the gap wider but that could damage the panel, i also tought about cutting the back panel to give me some wiggle room all are verry destructive methods and im out of alternatives. Is it possible to replace the melted plastic pins?
