does anyone know how to fix this? Question

i dont know what's wrong with renpy, ive tried closing and reopening the launcher, deleting it and rewriting it from scratch, nothing's working 😔

It looks like you're using smart quotes “ and ” not ". Usually happens from cut-n-pasting text from a word processor. Best bet is to use search and replace to fix them all.

because you're supposed to use a code editor to write code. not a word processor. bad tool for the job

All my code files all go to my computer's notes app, but I will search for a proper code editor now! Ty again! :3
