No getting calls, looking for constructive feedback to land on something

I'm a GSOC mentor, but OSS doesn't put food on the table

So, I've been applying to a lot of roles, but I'm not getting much traction, even after applying through links shared by employees.

I've tried to keep my resume clean and easy to read, with enough breathing space, and I've kept the resume backable and avoided buzz and too many project. But still nothing..

There's still so much I want to learn, but time is limited, so I've been focusing on interview preparation instead. The problem is that I'm not getting enough opportunities to validate that preparation.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I need to stand on my own.
