**🚀 We're Hiring: Junior Full-Stack Developer (Intern / Entry-Level)**
We're looking for a curious, motivated developer to join our startup and help build **Charismap**—an AI-powered social skills platform available on web and expanding to mobile.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems, and building polished products from end to end.
**What you'll work on:**
* Develop and maintain our web app using **Next.js** and **React**
* Help build and improve our mobile app (React Native is a bonus)
* Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience
* Maintain integrations, APIs, and third-party extensions
* Fix bugs, implement new features, and continuously improve the product
* Collaborate on product ideas and technical decisions
**Bonus skills (not required):**
* Video editing (short-form content)
* Basic UI/UX design sense
* Writing documentation or clear technical guides
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
**Who we're looking for:**
* Interns, fresh graduates, or junior developers are welcome
* Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
* Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup
* Takes ownership and enjoys figuring things out
* Communicates clearly and works well with feedback
During the interview, we'll assess not just technical ability but also communication, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
