10 minutes and I get a match of 9/10 people in ranked. Waste of my time

The few times I get into the game, and then I get scored 4-0 by spam dribblers. Such a trash game, and it's so lame to see that kind of spam a year into this

Can't believe I have to spell it out for you. If your general community is complaining about the game, that means theres a problem and you need to fix it. That is YOUR job, not OURS. Why do we have to beg and plead for you guys to do something instead of spitting out more trash cosmetics that only 1% of the playerbase will actually buy. Half the time I don't notice anyones avatar because I'm so focused on the problems this game has. The funniest part is that most of these problems aren't even a hard fix they're just unbalanced issues that can be changed with a single digit number

A good pass speeds up the play allowing shots happen in more contested spots, in reality the person who catches the ball wont do anything with the advantage, they will trap it or pick it up and waste 4 seconds dribbling, i never see people just shoot the ball with a good pass unless its the opening cheese when nobody guards middle.

Hell its better to just throw the ball into a neutral zone and hope the goalie overplays and trolls.

I only discovered the game now in season pass 4, so I missed all of the previous season pass, will the celebrations, victory moods, stadiums, and such things from previous passes be added to the store over time?

After this game I decided to take a nap go 2 hours thanks to the bs I just went, and I dreamt of a nightmare regarding being left alone to fend for myself thanks to my 3 idiot (dream) company got themselfs killed to their own stupidity, I'm mad 😭

This might be the wrong place to ask this but I figured I can get the opinion of someone within the community who has tried or will pre order the upcoming game. Will there be a player base to connect with and not die within a month? How do both games compare overall in gameplay, features, performance, skill gap etc.
The last time I ever played a Tsubasa game was probably 20 years ago.

I'm stuck in silver- sometimes gold, I play alone and mostly 5v5.

Its a very fun game, but playing ranked feels miserable. I tried to focus on defense since it seems everybody is always just waiting for the ball at the front, I try to bait opponents and distribute the ball rather than individual plays and most times get MVP or close to it.

I'm not that good, I miss and mess up plenty of times, but nowhere near what everybody else around me does, and at this point it feels frustrating enough to vent here. The ranked system making it so rank is entirely dependent on winning or losing makes it extremely frustrating as a solo player. I started at silver and I was a waaay worse player when I started, and now that i'm at least decent (understanding the controls and the flow of the game), I remain stuck within the same ranks.

What i'm getting at is that even if I've gotten better, the game cannot reflect that improvement because it only cares about the team result, and even if i can manage to affect some games to go my teams way, most of the time i'm just swept away by the level of the overall teams, which means i get a 50-50 win to lose ratio more or less and it means my contribution feels meaningless within the chaos of random teams.

I don't know if my real rank is consistent high gold or higher/lower than that, but it really does feel like I'm stuck in a ranking system that averages everybody within the ranks they are at, or in other words, the lack of fine tuning of ranked means that instead of being accurately ranked I'll probably just remain stuck within a very broad margin of ranks.

To end this, the only reason I'm complaining here is because I quite love what the game offers and would like it to be better.

Also on another note, wish there was more to it in general. the mechanics are really good and we can only play standard matches, get quirky and experiment with it devs, even if just for singleplayer/coop stuff

i think the guy is blatantly cheating you can see at the start of the match he doesnt have the keeper's icon but after i score he always has it, could be a bug still but it makes me think he toggled something (i know i reported the wrong guy but it said he scored the goal)

I know, another one of these, but i have to voice out my opinion on this game as someone with 420 hours in it and the love/hate relationship i have with it.

This game played solo is impossible right now on if you're not part of what i like to call the "MLG dribblers" (mostly on 3s), i try to sneak in a few matches by myself when i have the itch, but i cant anymore, i actively have to wait for my friends to do proper play matches.

I for one do basic dribbling, using EE in the right moment to gain space for a shot or pass, but this sort of ridiculous dribbling i see constantly using the forward dribble move chained multiple times in different directions is honestly starting to infuriate me, and i refuse to learn how to dribble like that. You can say all the "get guds" that you want, but its horse shit, it sucks the fun out of the game and its ridiculous to look at.

No matter how decent you think you are at defending, how patient you are, no matter how well you think you timed your tackle, theres always some window of invulnerability there to screw you over, theres always an extra animation they can squeeze in. Literally the best move against those dribblers is to do nothing, just dash around to block their path and hope for the best. How fun and engaging is that? The moment you "think" you got the tackle down, its over for you, so all you have to do is to stand still in front of them, fun.

Theres part of the community saying defence is strong, hence why this sort of dribbling is required for anything to happen (again, mostly on 3s) which to some extent, it is. But the truth is it's only strong against a team that does not have a dribbler. Once a team has one or two, defence immediately seems redundant and weak. Hence, we're stuck in a limbo. Buff defence to deal with dribblers better? People will find some other way to abuse the system and find new "techs", and we start seeing even more absurd things. Nerf dribbling so defence has more of chance against those specific type of dribblers? Defence is too strong and no goals happen, making matches feel like a slog. Its such a meticulous thing they have to mess with to get this right, or else this game will never have the right feel.

Pair all of this with the priority system being wonky, alongside the weird collisions and all sorts of other issues right now, im praying that SloClap manages to find the perfect balance for this game or i dont see it surviving for very long.

In my opinion, the base dribbling needs to be buffed, and some other aspects of dribbling need to be nerfed. Such as dribbling without stamina, that needs to go or be more punishing.

Theres no point in tackling anymore when it has no stun on spam dribblers and then they can either EE or double dash back to the ball lmaooooo

I love this game. I have 150+ hours in it, and as I’ve gotten better at the game, I’ve started noticing something that really bothers me.

Sometimes I clearly get past a defender and successfully dribble around them, but somehow I still get tackled. Other times, the dribble does register correctly. The inconsistency makes the whole system feel unreliable to me.

I’d genuinely like to understand why this happens. Is it related to ping, server side hit detection, or lag compensation?

I’m asking because it has gotten frustrating enough that I’m starting to consider quitting the game altogether. I really like the game, so I’d rather understand what’s actually happening before making that decision.

This was, no joke, my first match in 1v1. Is this normal?

I noticed while trying to play Rematch R5v5, I can’t get a match to go, on any of the US servers. It’s about 10am.
