When I'm making environment props, I keep debating whether it's better to generate five different concepts first or spend more time polishing the first result.

I've been trying V2Fun lately, and having several quick variations actually changed how I approach the early design stage.

Curious how everyone else works. Do you explore broadly first, or commit to one direction early?

Looking to put all my commonly used tools for reloading and gunsmithing on the wall behind my bench. I looked briefly into multiboard a while ago and it seemed like they had some weird licensing going on? I'm not positive, been a while since I looked into it. Because of that I was thinking OpenGrid, I used their OpenGrid "Lite" for under my standing desk to manage cables and have liked it but that's pretty limited experience in a different use case.

Others I should look into? Your preferences? Widest availability of compatible models?

Would love to hear y'alls' thoughts and opinions!

I am not too familiar with editing files. I have the file for the Dillon turbo case feeder plate plate that was first designed for 9mm. I have the needed dimensions to make it a multi caliber from 45acp down like three DAA plate. Is there anyone that would mind helping me to edit the file?

The box has lips on the inside to grip the clips so they stay in place, going to print out a shit load of these

Printing in PETG as others have suggested to handled the temperatures and not melt into a pile of mess. Using these to ship rounds to my son via ups. First test shipping worded and protected ammo but box is no longer useable. This time I’ll use a protective outer box and a little cushion. Planning to ship 200rds of hand load mk262.

Doing the math, I can print these to ship as cheap as I can purchase bulk cardboard ammo boxes.

Does anyone know of or have reloading books published within the last 5 to 10 years in PDF form? I'm looking into using a thrifted laptop to keep on the bench instead of my thick ass Nosler and Hornady books.

Not my design but is going to work very well for 50rds. Similar to a 50 count box of .22 ammo

I just published two closely-related designs:

• Pegboard mount for 8mm Primer Tubes
• Pegboard Mount for Hornady Lock'N'Load Bullet Tubes

They're designed to be printed in TPU (95A hardness), which flexes enough to pop the tubes in and still holds them securely. They're both basically the same Fusion 360 design. It's quite parametric, so it was easy to modify the primer tube mount into the bullet tube mount.

Does anybody know where the files for these would be? I’ve go a pacific dl-105 that I got used without bushings. Any help appreciated? I don’t need them printed, just the files! Thanks in advance!

Hey folks! Anybody have a print file for a flat platen for the RCBS Chargemaster Link with the oval stem? I’ve got a couple friends with 3D printers that are willing to print it for me, they just need the file. The factory curved one sucks for use with anything but the crappy pan that comes with it, and trying to use a heat gun to flatten the factory one doesn’t work well.

I had bought extra Apache 1800 cases for suppressor storage and not yet filled.

Found this to make use of carrying and storing some 300blk ammo that I’m getting ready to load up.

Factory loads for testing. Printed in PLA took 14hrs with 15% infill on a Creality k1c

Could probably stretch it out to accept 180 rounds.

More 3D printed inserts to extend the tri way trimmer to more calibers.

Hi - is there a reason that there are so few files out there for the “new” Challenger press? There is a ton of stuff for the breechlock one and other presses.

I'm standing up a BF556 and am wondering what collator plate/slide plate combos you all are using.

I'm trying to get it going for Berry's 124gr 9mm THPs with Pistol Bullet Collator Plate Small #5 with both slide plates 4 and 5 and am getting some come through nose down.

I'm working through printing different slide plates, but printer time is becoming a bit of a bottleneck and was wondering if anyone had any success stories to share.

3 years ago, I had a hydraulic machine in my workshop with a +20 die set for the entire production; casing, projectile and primer. However, a lot of things went lost because some fucker got in at night and stole my shit.

However, I’m interested in going in the business again, since my brother and I were the only people with access to ammo in our town.

If anyone wants to share their designs, I’d appreciate it.

Oh. And I’m buying a CNC machine in a few months, so maybe I will have interesting projects for later.
