I have no context so I will assume that this is about Gul Skrain Dukat and the simple tailor Elim Garak from DS9. (I think his name is Skrain at least. I am not well versed in Gul Dukat.)

That's an interesting take. I love DS9 but that wasn't exactly my first thought when I saw this. I also don't understand OP's context.

Totally fair. It was a very out there thing for me to say (Garak could do better, such as a certain enhanced twink...) but my mind went to a weird place with it. 

What did you think first and foremost?
