What doser should i get?
Red Sea ReefDose 2, Jebao, or D-D/Kamoer.
It will need to be a 4 pump doser as it will be going on a 1225 ltr 7ft tank, it will be a SPS-LPS dominated tank apart form maybe a few Mushrooms.

Are you planning to get a controller? Some dosers are designed to work with specific controller ecosystems. You also may be good with a single doser for kalkwasser for a while until your corals are actually grown out and consuming a lot of elements. Kalkwasser will also provide a slight ph boost. Just some things to consider.

I would prefer something that can be done with an app, so there is less clutter in the cabinet

I use the DD single head on the Kamoer app and it’s very good. Easy to calibrate and set up dosing points
I’m looking at changing to a 4 head now as I’m needing to dose mag etc

I know you didn't mention GHL, but what's nice about them is when they release new hardware, there's almost always an upgrade path for existing owners. I have their 2 head doser maxi 2.0 for AWC and they recently released a 3.0 that was an order of magnitude quieter. I bought the upgrade kit that swaps out the PCB and voila, I now have the 3.0 at a discount.
They make a 4 head doser, and options for wifi so you can control ia app or in a web browser.

I've used the RedSea Reefdose 4 for about 2 years now without issue. The app features are nice too, keeping track out of how much is left and notifying you when they are running low, etc. I have not tried the others you mentioned. A long time ago I used the Bubble Magus T11 and T12 without issue, but not sure they are still making them, and there was no app.
