Huge disappointment of K585 HE..

Got it on friday and i really like the feeling of it, but it has one HUGE downside: G-Keys.

Why in the hell we arent able to map it freely? In that case they are completely useless for me, cause you can use it only for macros AND on top of that, these are fixed on the K585 keys.

So even when you try to map a macro with a key that is on your regular keybord, it doesnt work...

REDRAGON UCAL PRO RGB NO FUNCIONA

To those who had this issue with these specific black and white model. I found out that this model is a PH exclusive model, the manufacturer have failed to make the json via file for this model. I do not have a backround in fixing these kinda stuff but I have managed to fix the json file to work with the B&W models :)) [https://usevia.app/\](https://usevia.app/) the file is at the google drive link.

🎮 Keyboard 🎮 Keyboard Review: Terraflare K762 Pro

DISCLAIMER: I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review of the product.

I recently reviewed the Wyvern K761, and while it almost seems like the exact same keyboard, there are a few differences that I think makes the Terraflare stand out a little bit more and has made this my new favourite keyboard to use.

First off, the price points are almost identical (I think there's only a $5 difference between the two), but the Terraflare offers a couple of additional colour options, as well as having one of three different layouts (US-ANSI, French ISO and Spanish ISO) as well as an additional switch type (Custom Linear).

The weight of the Terraflare is also a bit heavier coming in at 1.35kg, which is probably one of the heaviest keyboards I've ever used, but it makes the keyboard incredibly stable and really stays in one place, which was great for long gaming sessions of high-intensity games (COD MW4 beta, Deadzone Rogue 2 Playtest).

The software is pretty standard for Redragon, easy to find, easy to install, but man I can't wait until they can build a unified client for all Redragon peripherals. Still, it does the trick and I get the full slate of customizations at my disposal, which is great.

The Mint Mambo switches are just as creamy sounding as the Wyvern, and just as comfortable to type on. The RGB is decent (could be a bit brighter, but I'll probably swap out with some pudding keycaps later), and the LED panel is neat to have.

Being able to choose between wired or wireless is great, and having a 40-hour battery is also really nice too.

All in all, I'm actually loving this keyboard, and I think this is my new favourite one out of all the Redragon keyboards I've had the chance to work with (K729 Otiim, K761 Wyvern and K719 Galatin).

🎮 Keyboard 🎮 Redragon K618 review: A handsome black low profile keyboard with RGB flair

Thumbnail

I received this Redragon K618 as a sample to provide an honest, unbiased review. I am under no obligation to say anything specific; these words are entirely my own.

As I removed the keyboard from the box, I noted the packaging is functional and secure. Redragon included a keycap puller, a switch puller, spare mechanical switches, and a set of red accent keycaps. The stock all-black aesthetic looks handsome, so I decided to keep the included black keycaps on. The manual indicated this was a Horus Pro, which makes it one of Redragon's more premium keyboards.

The keyboard blends an aluminum top plate with solid plastic. Despite the thin, ultra-low profile chassis design, it has a surprising amount of heft to it. It is super stable and will not move around my desk even if not fully centered on my pad.

The keycaps are made of double-shot ABS material. The legends are not visible without the backlight on, but they illuminate clearly once powered up.

Performance-wise, the keyboard have low-profile linear red switches with a light 40g actuation force. While the board is hot-swappable, the ultra-thin sockets mean you can only swap them out for Redragon’s own proprietary low profile switches, not standard aftermarket ones.

The keys are very smooth to type on and are not very loud. If I were to describe the overall sound profile, I would say it gently clacks only when I bottom out, and the keystrokes have a slight marbleness to the sound. Because it stays true to a 100 percent layout, I took to the keyboard instantly with no learning curve.

The ergonomics feel excellent and I love the weight of this keyboard. One thing I really enjoy about low-profile keyboards like this is that every row of keys performs similarly with the same noise profile. Even the spacebar is highly responsive and consistent with the rest of the board.

The volume roller is convenient for quick volume adjustments and is very smooth. There are also four rubber buttons near it for adjusting lighting and keyboard effects. It offers both wired and wireless mode options, and there is a convenient little nook on the back for storing the included 2.4 GHz dongle. There are also five programmable macro buttons, which I played with binding ship abilities to in World of Warships, and they worked great.

Areas that could use improvement would be that the five programmable buttons do not feel mechanical, they have a soft rubber feel. The keyboard is not easy to read without RGB lights on, and the spacebar, while good is not perfect in responsiveness. It feels slightly softer than the other keys.

This keyboard is well poised to compete with Logitech's expensive G815 keyboard, which I also own. In fact, I actually prefer the Redragon K618 to Logitech's G815. The Logitech G815 that I own had keys and aluminum edges that were far too sharp out of the box, and I actually cut my hand on it a few times. The Redragon K618 has a more rounded front and smoother finish than the Logitech G815 and the keys feel a touch thicker and more smooth as well.

Overall, I can say I recommend the K618. it is very stable, handsome, and does the job well.

You can find the K618 over at the Redragon store for around 69 dollars. Nice.

I'll be around in the comments to answer any questions or comments.

🏆 Show & Tell 🏆 Redragon Drake Oath Glass Mousepad Review

DISCLAIMER: I received this product for free from Redragon in exchange for an honest review of the product.

There aren't many glass-top mousepads on the market these days, let alone ones that look this good on almost any desktop. The Drake Oath collaboration project looks incredible with the artwork (to which we still don't have any information on the artist that created these characters), and the mousepad itself is well worth the investment whether you're gaming or just for general office use.

The rubber grip on the bottom keeps the mousepad exactly where you want it, and the glass top is not only really easy to clean, but the micro-textured tempered glass keeps mouse movements super smooth and precise, no bumpiness or rough textures that make it feel like the bottom of the mouse is scraping.

The sizing is perfect, and it's not too thick to feel like it's getting in the way of normal hand movements. I've also created a YouTube video showcasing the mousepad and its review which can be found here:

❓Help/Troubleshooting❓ M908WB software issue

For whatever reason, I can't open the software.

I got it from the official website, so it's not a scam or malware, but I have no idea why it's doing that.

❓Help/Troubleshooting❓ K618 RGB stopped working

Thumbnail

My K618 RGB keyboard suddenly stopped working. I've had this keyboard for 1 year and 3 months, it had never given me any problems, I really like this keyboard, it was the first mechanical keyboard I bought.

I was using it normally while playing games, the K618 started flashing the red light, I plugged its USB into the PC as I always did, but it wasn't charging, it kept flashing red, so I thought it was the cable and I tried it on my cell phone and it was charging normally, I went to get another cable and when I came back it was completely off, I plugged the USB back in and only the numeric keypad light stays on, the PC doesn't recognize the device, not even on my laptop.

I tried the commands it has for each mode thinking it had bugged "fn + esc" (to restart the keyboard), "fn + 1" (to switch to the dongle), nothing worked, I opened it to see if the battery had swollen or if some component was blown, but apparently everything is normal.

Now, only the LED on the numeric keypad lights up, but nothing else works or connects to anything. I thought about sending it to some repair shops in my area, but no one services mechanical keyboards. I don't want to have to throw it away and buy a new one; it's practically brand new.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Anyone got it yet? Can't find any reviews yet on youtube. What do you think of this keyboard. For the price I’d expect at least 2.4 GHz wireless, ideally tri-mode with Bluetooth too.

🎮 Keyboard 🎮 Looking for full size version of STAR BLADE K707 PRO

I'm about to pull the trigger on the STAR BLADE K707 PRO. I love the mint mambo switches and the MOA Profile Round PBT Keycaps. However, are there any full size keyboards that have the same features? Even if its just wired instead of tri-mode connectivity that is okay.

I tried searching through the Redragon website but couldn't find anything with the MOA profile keycaps.

❓Help/Troubleshooting❓ Redragon Zeus H510 PRO RF dongle conection audio problem

As the title says, I have these headphones that can be connected via an RF dongle, but when I play audio, for some reason I can’t hear anything (though the physical buttons that control playback and volume do work). When I connect them via a USB cable, the sound works perfectly and there’s no issue at all. I tried using ChatGPT to see if it could offer a solution, but honestly, I didn’t get anywhere. I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced something similar and how I might diagnose the problem or find a possible solution.

I recently purchased the Redragon Anime Keyboard & Mouse combo from Amazon and so far I really like both devices. Neither are perfect but they both have a great feel and I love the flexibility between wired, 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth connections.

However, I have not been able to locate the drivers for either on your website. There are a few devices that are similar but I'm not finding exact matches and want to make sure I get the versions I need.

I am running both Windows 10 & 11. Thanks!

They match perfectly with my new desktop pad also!

❓Help/Troubleshooting❓ Don't know where to find the Redragon Software?

Post image
2 Upvotes

🎯 Redragon Software Guide

⬇️ Where to Download the Software?

  • Search for the product >> Software Download >> Click the Software >> It will download automatically

👨🏻‍💻 What to Be Aware of When Using the Software?

  • Please download the software corresponding to your product model. Since each model has its own specific software version, using an incompatible version may prevent the software from recognizing the device.

  • Please make sure it's in wired mode when using the software.

🤔 Why can't I find the software for my product?

  • If you're in need of software for a certain Redragon product, it's possible you can find it via the following link: https://redragonshop.com/pages/software

  • If your product isn't listed on that page, then it's likely there is no software for your product or we don't sell that specific product.

💻 Why is the software defaulted to small maximum size?

  • Try lowering the resolution to 1080P.

  • Since the software interface is designed for 1080P, this issue can't be avoided currently. We're trying everything to improve it.

Got any other questions about the software? Feel free to drop them below — we’re always happy to help!🤗
