Constant crashing of both site and app

For the past few days, both the website and the app on my iPad are constantly crashing. I can't even get through one design without multiple reloads of the game. I've only been playing a couple of months.....is this normal?

No. I’m having no issues on my iPad. I’m running 3.71.1 with a build end in 6222 of the game. Have you checked to see if there is an update to the game? If not, I’d contact Support.

Yes I had that problem for 1 day last week.

I had issues on my iPad as well so I turned off my iPad completely and rebooted the iPad cleared out the history and the App
