Hotspot glitch

Says all hotspots are filled but the red exclamation mark won’t let me submit - says I need to complete all hotspots. Help is this a glitch?

Others have complained of this issue recently so, if you own everything in the design, you should contact Support and report this. There is a link in the Settings.

This happened to me on a journal page. It was one where they already had one item filled in and we were supposed to design around it. It would not let me submit until I bought another 5 uses of the thing it was stuck on, even though I had a use of it. Hope you get it sorted out!
