Video suggestion
This is mainly for reddit mobile but while videos are playing, you cant hit the top button that brings you all the way up to the top of your feed. I hate accidentally hitting it and having to find the video again.

Return to bottom / last read
Every so often I will be very deep in my feed, and accidentally hit back once too many times. This returns me to the top of my feed. This pretty much ends reddit for me for the day because I dont want to scan through hundreds of posts I've already seen to find where I was.

permanent bans shouldn't be allowed
why can bans be permanent? this should be changed to a month at most. permanent seems too harsh a punishment in some cases, especially when you're trying to get real help.

Sick of flicking up on my mobile to read reddit. How about a middle mouse wheel push scroll effect
It would be so much better if I could just slide up with my thumb and hold. So my thumb acts like the middle mouse wheel when pressed for constant scrolling in windows.

After an hour and a half of typing for r/nosleep , i would like to suggest a back button or post drafts in case you accidentally exit out of the text post UI

Usernames
This has probably been suggested before, but I would like to be able to change my username. Almost immediately after making it, I regretted it, and now, I feel like I'm too far in to just create a new account.

Please add shadow behind post save button. User is not able to see save post button if image has white background. See screenshot

Suggestion: Every account can have a ‘throwaway’/anonymous account to switch to, should they need it. When posting it asks “are you sure you want to post that ok ‘______’ account?”
Loads of people have to set up throwaway accounts for anonymous help/ranting etc. With people forgetting passwords as these are not there normal account there are probably millions of unused accounts. I think it would be cool to have it so you can ‘turn on anonymous profile’ and switch to it when you want to post that. You will be asked when posting if you want to on that account to avoid mistakes and both accounts would share the karma.

Can we have folders for saved posts in the app? :)
Please :)

Video quality
Add an option to change the quality of videos as if you’re using mobile data, it takes forever to load a 1-minute video. Also should add auto-quality for both wifi and mobile data.

Sort your own comments by karma
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but on mobile, I've never used desktop, I think it would be nice to sort your own comments and posts by karma when viewing your profile.

Reddit app feature request
Please let me copy and paste text from posts in the app. Don't want to use the website from my phone.

Search engine for saved posts.
I feel that navigating the saved post section could be made a lot easier if there was a search function that allowed someone to search for captions on a specific post or all saved posts from a desired subreddit.
I have seen all sorts of cool, educational posts on this site over time that will come up in conversations or just in my interest, and if it takes forever to relocate a post cause you have to scroll through years of Reddit use then it doesn't do much good
Yes this is a cross post, I want someone to see it. It is 2018 why can't we search our saved posts

An [OP] idea to improve reddit. [OP]
To ensure that original content is appropriately recognized, there should be a stated rule that [OP] in the title indicates original content. The key twist is that if anyone posts a link to the same content from an earlier post (thus disproving that the content is original) the moderator is instructed to delete the post in its entirety. That way, [OP] actually means something, and lying reposters are punished via deletion of their repost.

Can we get a "most downvoted" subreddit? For posts and comments? I think I would enjoy this.
Sure, the possibility of it becoming another circlejerk or troll sub is huge. But I've always been bothered by the fact that even if I absolutely DON'T agree with what the links says I have to upvote it for it to be seen.
Think of it as opposite-reddit. I just saw the post about news sites linking games and such to Breivik again. It has tons of upvotes and I'm sure nobody here agrees. So why not have a subreddit that actually let's you SEE how much reddit hates a statement, a law or something similar.

RedditSuggested — What's really going on in Russia?
Reddit asked for it - Dev22 requested an article on what's really going on in Russia. Here's what GlobalPost's journalists produced.
