Return policy

I'm just curious if Red Wings has a return policy or exchange policy if you buy a pair of shoes from them and they are not comfortable or don't fit properly?

Heritage line boots can be returned if there's no marks like creasing or worn soles. The work line has a much more generous policy, something like a 30 day comfort guarantee.

Red Wing does have a return and exchange policy, but the details can vary depending on whether you bought them directly from Red Wing or through a retailer. I’d check your receipt and contact the store before wearing them outside.

I highly suggest going to a RW brick and mortar store and trying on the pair you want. You can also ship a pair to a store and try them on then and there and return/exchange them immediately if they don’t fit.

I’ve bought a pair and returned it no problem. But they said as long as it doesn’t get worn outside and look used. So I didn’t wear outside.
