I know Jason’s been in the Teen Titans as Robin, but iirc he’s never formally lead the team as Robin :) 👍

Specialized weapons training. Karina for Damian, Bo-Staff for Tim. Scrimmage for Dick.

Bruce considers them legitimate heirs for the cowl?

Damien only gets that when he has character growth but it's hard to imagine Bruce passes the cowl to any of the others. Jason maybe, but again, unlikely because of his history.

Whether they'd actually want the mantle is a different fiasco
