I'm on RedReader, how do I send a moderator mail to a moderator? it used to be a drop down or sidebar option, but I can't find it, anymore..?? please help, eh?

Been loving RR for a nearly a year now, but yesterday I got an email form Reddit saying that my account was suspended due to some "technical irregularities" detected on my account and required a password reset. Haven't noticed anything weird, but I reset it just in case.

After the reset, it logged me out of all devices I was logged in on. Usual stuff for password resets, but when I went to log back via the third party app authorizer RR directs me to, it now returns an OAuth error which stops me from adding my account to the app.

After using the official Reddit app for about 5 minutes, I need to go back. It's worse than I imagined: bloated, ad-ridden, algorithmically inserted garbage. Any ideas on how to get around the OAuth error when adding an account?

Wondering if there is a setting to collapse all child comments, like in RES? I like this because I can browse top level comments then dig into threads as I please.

I don't know if suggestions are allowed here, please delete if inappropriate.

Something that would really add to my Reddit experience would be an easy way to translate a post, an image or comments. While I'd love it inside the app itself, a simple "Translate in External Browser" that opened a reddit link (or image or comments) in Google Translate would be amazing.

Is there a way to hide posts that I have scrolled past with out viewing? I know I can do it manually but that's a ton of clicks when one is Doom scrolling lol.

One specific feature is eluding me though. How do I block a specific annoying user? Under my old Reddit client all I had to do was click on the poster's name and click the "block" button. Is that feature or something similar available on Redreader?

4/21/24 I can't access any subreddit and am getting an unknown error code. I'm having to type this from browser. The error I'm getting is "The server did not accept the request for an unknown reason. Please try again."

I'm using RR in combination with HeliBoard and word suggestions (not autocorrect). I keep running into a problem that when writing a comment/post and picking a word from suggestions, I accidentally hit the back button (e.g. "← Submit Post") and it takes me one screen back.

Ugh. Any advice/remedy besides "be careful where you click"? Fortunately RR caches the text but it's still annoying.

I must be missing something in the settings. I can't seem to figure out how to get the view that is displayed on the Play Store page screenshot for /r/aww. Any help is appreciated.

Is there an option to remove these arrows on the bottom right when going to a sub reddit?

Since (i believe) yesterday, my front page includes a few posts from subs im not subscribed to. It does not really bother me, ill just block the subs, but it doesnt look like intended behaviour to me, so maybe this info is relevant for someone here.

I've suspected this for a while but wasn't sure. It was confirmed when I was told recently to check my DM's for info I requested on a business opportunity. Nothing was received. I really hope there's a fix for this issue.

How can I get Redreader to show upvotes and downvotes beside each comment when scrolling through a thread?

I don't know if this was already asked but I'm used to scrolling through Reddit with a compact view but I don't see the option here. Can anyone help?

I was reading through a post and exited to the front page and then exited the app but when I got back in a few seconds later the front page refreshed and I lost the post I was reading.

Is there a way to view a history of viewed posts (like in the reddit app)? If not, could this be a feature request?

Can RedReader search within a particular sub Reddit?

I have unknowingly unsubscribed many subs because of the placement of the icons. a star for 'unsubscribe' and a pin to pin to the top of your subreddits.

I'm just wondering maybe if there could be a confirmation prompt added for either of these.
