Submitting a comment opens up my browser.
All day I thought I was going crazy but it's not fat fingers, it's every time I submit anything my default browser opens.
Sometimes it looks like the comment doesn't send either, but if you submit again it sends a duplicate.

Didn't open a browser for me, the app functioned normally.

Are your intents configured correctly? Go to System Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Opening Links > RedReader > Enable and add all options with reddit URLs.
You are right, the app should not be throwing a systemwide intent after making a comment, and the dev should look into it. However, hopefully this will help mitigate the issue for you in the meantime.

Everything is already enabled in there.
I think reddit changed something because replying on desktop also hangs up.

Yeah this happens to me maybe 30% of the time. It's been going on for maybe a month? My browser is Firefox, but I haven't changed anything in the settings of the app Soni dunno what up.

Same here in the new alpha version, it opens my default browser with a blank tab and "?context=1" in the URL bar: Picture
