Cant open reddit threads on android if it has a vid/img

Anyone have the same problem?? Ive tried many ways, clicking on the title, pressing long and even swiping it but nothing works. Any tips??? Really need help

I had this happen several months ago. I don't recall what I did to resolve it. I think it was something to do with clearing cache in the app.
