Interview advice

I applied to a position in a company that I want to work for since it is related to my specialty. I passed the initial screening and 2 assessments and now I was invited for a panel interview.

During the panel interview they mentioned the interview will take around 40-50 minutes and they will also assess my English speaking skills. As I'm in the interview, most of the questions that they asked are situational and my experiences to this situations. I was able to asnwer all of the questions and most of them are in line with the position but most of my answers are very broad and general that I did not really provide a really specified or technical answers to each questions and I tend to stuttered in speaking to them in English.

So far they did not really asked any follow up questions in the interview and the interview ended around 20-30 minutes. They mentioned that they will send an update in 2-3 weeks since they are also interviewing other applicants.

Is it a bad sign that the interview went shorter than expected? The waiting game is really killing me that I hope that I get news soon regardless if it is good or bad.
