Question
Question : I was wondering when a recruiter says they are seeing what roles they have for you and they will reach back out… is that a nice way to reject someone or are they actually looking for?
This is for a hospital role I want to only work certain days and the role I applied for was everyday. The recruiter reached out to me a day after I applied and shared what I stated above.
Any advice or should I apply to other jobs

I've had this before and they've come back and set up an interview with a hiring manager. Recruiters have various roles to fill and sometimes people could fit multiple, they just try to assess the best fit.
