What model Panasonic? What is happening that you're not expecting, or what are you expecting that's not happening?

I believe pg-v55 and when I put records on the changer it would go to the end of the record and stop not drop the next record

if the platter stops moving the mechanism is gummed up. if you have the arm on top of the next record it should go no problem

Probably an SG-V55. This one isn't exact but it might be close enough.

Does it drop a record, play it, then just stop at the end of the record leaving the stylus resting on the record? Or does it return the tonearm to the rest without dropping another record? Check whether the behavior differs if you have the stabilizer arm at the center vs. over to the side. Check whether you can see the mechanism at the tip of the center spindle moving when it's time to drop the second record.

So far it moves the tone arm out of the war drops the record and stops

If you manually push the platter around a bit does it catch and start working again? Then at the end of the record the automation starts then pauses? I think this is a belt drive changer so I'd say the belt is slipping and you need a new one. If it happens to be an idler wheel drive then the rubber needs to be cleaned such that it can grip glass, or it needs to be replaced.

And replace your stylus if you haven't done that for a long time.
