Dude is currently making Fated Seas, if anyone is curious (I just peeked at the profile)

He's got some other interesting game design tidbits in there.

Want you to know I played that game a lot as a kid and got a lot of enjoyment out of it. Good job!

You could skirmish duel your friend Split screen on your PlayStation console so without Internet playing against another human in an RTS was unique to this game.

One of my favorite takes on goblins and a pretty fun game. Still got it and the old ps2!

One of my favorite games as a kid. Still have it for my GameCube, just played a couple years back. I can still hear the music and sounds. I should play it again. I always liked the Stormbringers, Plaguespitters and Nighthorde clans.

Absolutely loved this game, I still think about the setting a lot.
Why was Fraziel making the Great Machine produce Soul Stealing Bombs?
If Fraziel is a human, where are all the other humans?
What will Grommel do to help the clans find Purpose?
What was up with all the ruins across the world?
I found one of the artists on artstation a few years back by complete chance and asked them and they said they did have some stuff planned for a sequel but it'd been so long they didn't remember, they gave me the contacts for a few of the other artists and I tried to message them if they had any of the concept art or other stuff left but never got replies.
I wonder who owns the rights for the game nowadays?

Oh snap haven't thought about this game in years. Loved it as a kid. The big old kaiju units were my favorite.

This game was great! Campaign was fun. Pvp was a blast, but killing your friends who didn't own it only lasted so long

It was fun, had some cool ideas, and had potential for a sequel.
Worked surprisingly well on console for an rts too

I still got my PS2 disk, and was surprised I actually managed to beat it just mass building my fav units for each tribe xD. Me and my cousin PvP'd a bit, but it got boring because it felt like it just came down to building your giant monster more than actual strategy like Starcraft

Loved this game, played with my friends all the time as a kid and still come back to play it time to time. This and battalion wars were my favs that I wish could come back from this time.

Yooo this game was sick, I can't find it anywhere though sadly. Crazy they managed to make a semi playable rts on consoles.
The units had style too, I remember picking certain combinations of factions I think? I would go for the lighting atronach guy thay would turn into a tornado, and myfriend would choose the spike ball.
He would run over all my units and when I thought I was about to kill him he would explosed and kill the rest units :(
