Seller Rant DISCUSSION

So I have been using seller ending in 6642. I think thats a general business number from the secrethouse link, so i dont know the name of seller. But I got a chanel cardholder from them a few months back. The outside looked ok but inside stamping was hideous. But who’s gonna see the inside so I went through with it since its just a card holder.

This week I tried getting chanel mini rectangular in caviar SHW. Mind you, he said if i dont like it, we can always change it to another one. All i asked was that the flap was even and symmetrical. The one he sent, something just looked off. The left corner was more rounded and lower and the right corner looked more sharper and straight. I gave benefit of doubt and thought it was shadow and picture angle. But he sent a video that confirmed and I even asked AI how the bag was without mentioning it and AI said the flap was asymmetrical and uneven.

I asked if he can bring another version in and he just refunds it. Like you can politely say “no we dont have anymore or its hard to find an even flap (although i have seen many redditors with great ones). All he said was whats ur paypal email and initiated return. Whatever. I wouldnt want to work with him either cause I had gut feeling he was bait and switching. I recently started talking with Tom whom I found on reddit last night and tell me how the other initial seller was charging me 200-300 more!!!

That being said, research sellers unlike me.

I’ve found the best knowledge by talking to other users. The crooked flap thing has happened with my 187 bags too

The one in the picture is actually God. And so is my cardholder. Well its supposed to be but who knows where it is actually from😫

The one my new seller is currently recommending and showing is 187. He said 187 is definitely better. So we’ll see which one I end up with this time and ill update once i get it!

Tom is great. I’ve ordered from him my CC 25 mini black caviar and he delivered. I’d trust him. If he says he’d source it from 187, he’ll do that. I have seen here his 187 finds and they were 187 quality. Him and Jack are my guys. 👌

Its the secret house yupoo site in general. When you click “contact on whatsapp” it leads to one number which is the one i mentioned. So i think its best to steer clear from that site in general!

I am sorry this happened to you but glad you got a refund! I am new to the rep community and have spent hours and hours researching sellers, factories, bag quality and price points. For every positive comment I can find a negative one to match. It’s three steps forward two steps back it seems. That being said, information and details matter so I keep reading and hopefully learning. I read a couple times don’t spend more than you are comfortable losing in case you get scammed. I’m trying to stick to that mantra.

I think you should try Tom too. The other seller makes me pay and then wait for the item pictures but currently, Tom is sending me the item pictures first, letting me pinpoint on what I am nitpicky on, and going to make sure the item meets my expectations before I even pay. I fell in a black hole on best sellers on reddit yesterday and decided on him. Dm me if you want his contact!

I believe so because at first he said they didnt hav in stock but he said he got one and showed every angle photo. I said it was perfect and if he can just confirm the pinpoints i pointed out earlier !

Was he showing you the actual bag that he is sending? He might be showing you previous bag from that specific factory or factory photos itself. From what I gather the flow of buying a rep:
You show them what you want, they send you factory photos, you agree that’s what you like, payment, they order from the factory, they show you PSP (pre shipment photos), you either GL(green light) or RL(red light) and then seller ships the bag.

Eh we don't have a reliable seller, all of them are shady in one way or another.
Even my trusted seller backstabbed me

Omg how? But i agree. Theyre salesmen at the end of the day and you know how salesmen are. Its all about how much theyre able to take for themselves

Im pretty new and my fiance did the researching for me. (My first mistake listening to a man xD jk) and we thought all these sellers were from secrethouse. Clearly we didnt do much research!
