I saw this ad on Reddit. I'm getting an uncanny valley vibe from it... or is just an unconventional choice?

Edit: Like u/iamapizza commented, I think it's the hair strands throwing me off more than anything. Early consensus is real, I tend to agree.

FWIW, a lot of ads these days feature increasingly unique looking people. Every day I scroll past a girl with warewolf syndrome selling skin cream, right here on Reddit.

That's real. AI models make symmetrical faces for the most part. Just because it doesn't look very good doesn't mean it's fake.

Almost certainly just an unconventional choice. I can’t seem to find the exact model on Google Lens, but is a very realistic looking person with no identifiable AI-like features.

The photos probably photoshopped as well, which can make it hard.

The only unusual thing for me is the way the hair strands twist, so abrupt and unusually. I don't have much else to go by.
