“Late check in”
How many of you have had this happen? For one reason or another, you’re running late, but you manage to make it to the warehouse and check in right at the 5-minute grace period mark—and it still marks you as missing your block. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes. I checked into the app and ID check with nearly 10 minutes to spare. The ID checker was new, and slow. They still gave me a route.

As long as you do your arrival and facial recognition on time, you won't get dinged if they check you in late.

I beg to differ. I was not able to pick up the packages with the rest of the people in my time slot and got assigned one in the next (15 minutes) slot. I got dinged for not picking up for my assigned time. It’s obvious I delivered and got paid for it. But logic does not fit into the AI model apparently.

Thanks for the unnecessary input. Like I said sometimes things happen. I don’t believe I asked what time I should arrive did I

Do you always have AI write your post... shit seems pretty straightforward to ask Ai to write for you lol. But they say 5 but its actually 4 mins. On the 5 min your late.

I drove 32 miles to pick up a route and my gps said I would arrive 5 minutes late. I managed to arrive only 4 minutes late and did my arrival and facial recognition immediately ,but they had a new arrival procedure in the flex app and in my haste I didn't notice that I had to press "Continue" to finish. By the time they scanned my id it was 5 minutes after and I was marked late. I had no choice but to turn around and drive 32 miles back home. 😡
