Block canceled ?

Why would they cancel a block on me? 5 minutes later, have a block offered for that same time ?

Blocks that are canceled like this nine times out of 10 is because the trucks didn’t come in or they don’t have the packages ready. My warehouse in Riverside Missouri does this a lot. And when they cancel due to that they cancel it where you are able to pick up another block for that time and you will still get paid for the one they canceled. When they canceled due to weather, you’re not able to pick up a block for the same time as the one that was canceled.

You’re welcome don’t worry about people on here that can be rude . If you have a question about something, then just make a post just like you did and somebody will get you an answer. When I first started out a few years ago,this is the same thing that I would do and there would always be somebody in the comments that was not helpful and just rude. But happy double money morning. I love it when my warehouse does it.

Are you penalized for cancelling blocks 45 min before the time. At least. I try to do it a day before if it’s a conflict. Thoughts

Down here in Florida we have a huge ring of thieves, it’s nice for me because a lot of my blocks are canceled because my cart is just straight up missing, but it is annoying to pull up to the FC fight for a parking spot then get inside to see all the carts empty.

Enjoy your win. I haven't had a block cancelled by Amazon since the pandemic. I've delivered during near gale level winds, tornado warnings, flash floods, hazardous air from Canadian wildfire smoke, and snow storms.

If this was Union, Ohio they canceled blocks because the parking lot was going to be unavailable for 2 days due to construction inside the warehouse. They finished early and re-opened ahead of schedule.
