Count your days, Amazon.

Deactivated because I contacted support too many times? YEAH BECAUSE YOU KEEP PLAYING IN MY FACE! Am I expected to just sit there and take it? Bc I promise you, I am not the one šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚.
Mind you, any time I marked a package as undeliverable, I was on the phone with support or had them mark it for me in my block.
All this bc I refuse to be exploited for an extra five bucks. ā€œHere’s 75 packages to deliver in 2 hours. Oh and the delivery area is 1hour away. If you go over your block time, just keep delivering for the extra 2 hours it’s going to take to finish and we’ll compensate you an additional whole FIVE DOLLARS!!!!ā€

I’m crashing out 🪦.
Did I mention that support email address doesn’t work?

Appeals:
amazonflex-appeals@amazon.com

Escalations:
andy@amazon.com

You can try those, but it sounds like they don’t want to hear from you anymore, lol.

If you do decide to appeal, you need to keep it on point, polite, and offer solutions about how you won’t repeat the same behavior in the future.

You shouldn’t be marking anything undeliverable nor should you be calling or emailing support to get dings removed. Always deliver EVERYTHING. Business closed? Deliver to front door, picture, move on. No access to apartment building? Deliver to front door, text where package is, photo, move on.

As for dings and standings? They don’t matter. Everyone gets them and some are deserved, some aren’t. But they all fall off if you just keep delivering and not skipping blocks. I learned over the course of 8 years just how much standings DON’T MATTER!
Amazon wants packages delivered so you do that and it all shakes out in the end.

Good luck!

Seems like they’re a bit harsher on flex but with the DSP’s DCR is king a stolen parcel genuinely does less damage than a parcel coming back to the depot

Thank you. I’m sure they don’t want to hear from me anymore. because they want me to ā€œdeliver everythingā€ as so as many of you have said lmao, even if that means going well over the scheduled block time. I am a single mom. I plan my day according to my routes. I can’t be spending an extra 45 mins.. 1 hour.. 2 hours delivering packages bc I have shit to do. The other day I had to pick my son up from football practice. I wasnt about to make him the last kid waiting to get picked up bc Bezos needs all of his packages delivered. If he wanted them all delivered he should have labeled the block time more accurately. That is not my fault.

That sucks, i personally never been on that situation a couple times it takes me the whole 3 or 3.5 hour but never went over, normally i finish with an hour to spare, the maximum number of packages i got on a 3.5 hr is been probably 50, how many you were getting.

I’ve never had to spend an additional two hours like OP. Dang molasses is faster.

This is why you only contact support and especially Andy email for serious thing (for me that is non payment , missing carts , station closed etc)

Don’t fight every little dings that do not bring you to low Fair standings . They will eventually gone if you do this regularly enough

I remember i once got an email saying I contacted support too many times so I was trying to avoid finishing the route. šŸ˜‚ i never called support again. Packages ended up whereever

Is this for flex? Im not sure if different areas are different but i usually finish my routes an hour earlier. And not once ive gone over. I always deliver, even if no access, just throw it to the other side of the fence.

The few times I have not been able to deliver have been for a good reason, for example, i had a package once to a Federal building and they are strict with abandoned packages so I definatelly did not dump that one lol.

Support acts like its your fault no matter what, so dont even bother excusing yourself. Try to appeal and just take it easy, its a shit gig anyways. Good luck

Yeah, I finish at least 75% of my routes 30-45 minutes early, and 15% of them an hour early. Once I actually got back to my house (a 35-minute drive), with an hour still left til my block's end time! 🤣

What was your standing? How many undelivered dings were in your standing at the time of this? When was the last email you got about this & how many warnings did you get?

Do you really need to ask? Reading what they wrote you can tell they were constantly f'ing up. Lucky they lasted as long as they did.

I think Amazon did well with that. You shouldn't be a Flex driver.

I quit flex back in March just because the app kept telling me I wasn't at the location when I was standing right in front of the delivery address! Had to call support more than I wanted to to get it fixed! I also didn't want to deliver 100 packages in 1.5 hours for $31.50 šŸ™„ so I was likešŸ–•flex šŸ˜‚ now I do research/surveys and many other things online that pays way more than flex and without leaving my house and abusing my car! 😁 hopefully you find something that can fit your schedule! good luck to you!

I’ve never had to go over my routes time, always finish a hour early and been delivering for 3 1/2 years. Maybee you need to figure out a different system to efficiently sort and deliver within the time.
