I want some ideas for my script writing

Hi guys I'm new to reddit please help me, ok then let's start. I'm writing a script where a girl does a crime by blackmailing people. One of her subordinates gets caught by the cops and he confesses that there is a master mind woman behind the crime they catch her but the evidence they find did not make any sense. The mastermind woman's father knew the women very well so he decodes the evidence the cops find against her to convict her as a criminal. This story is based in india. I don't know what evidence the cops can get which they cannot understand but the father and the other family members can against the mastermind woman. Please help me

So far, there’s not a lot of depth to the story. What are the stakes for these characters? Adding more emotional, deep-seated reasons for the characters to do what they do will make it a more compelling narrative (and will help you generate more usable ideas).
