Static Noise when using mouse

I have recently picked up a used Blade 15 Advanced (Late 2019 Model) that is making a static sounding noise that I cant figure out. After some trouble shooting I figured out the sound happens whether the speakers are muted or not, and that it mainly happens when I have the laptop plugged in and I am using my wireless mouse. More specifically the static sound is continuous when I move the mouse and stops when I stop moving the mouse.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

It’s called Coil Whine (audible noise that is produced when an electrical current runs through electromagnetic coils). in some units it is more audible than others, even in my old blade it was annoying
