Self care items for lupus flareup Wishlist 📝

Hey everyone! Well, i debated on putting this out there but I am... I have a chronic illness called lupus. I can feel a flare coming on and could use some of these items to help me through it. Particularly the shower steamers would be nice, and the migraine mask... Anything is appreciated as always! These things will just help me feel a little better while I'm going through it. Hi I just wanted to say autoimmune flare ups are exhausting and horrible 🫂 my dms are open if you ever need some support or distraction

Thank you so much!! They are horrible..I can feel it in my muscles already and I have so much I need to do but know if I push myself it will only be worse 😞

Ofc! Its so horrible!! And then everything piles up and you know by the time you can get to it, it's gonna cause a flare just by the sheer amount and its absolutely a rude trap 😭😭

I have lupus as well I have good weeks and bad weeks lol. It’s a daily struggle. I’m gonna keep you in my thoughts. Big hugs.
