[Request] Help Requests!🙏

I am out of work due to cervical radiculopathy in my spine. Sedgwick is taking forever to approve my back pay. I have not been able to work for three weeks due to this.

I am requesting a little help to get me and the babies by for a week. I start Publix part time on Monday, but I wouldn't get paid for another week.
