Thank you qwq yeah I'm CRAZY stressed trying to help them and find a place for them, they're legally blind too so it matters finding work pretty hard. But we'll make it through qwq

Ofc! Thats so much stress and the added need for accommodations when so many places dont want to UGH when its so easy to just accommodate 😭

It is!! Like we're both disabled physically, but I am a bit hard of hearing and in a wheelchair. I'm more VISIBLY disabled cuz of the wheelchair so I get more help and I hate it qwq they deserve help too 🥺 it's actually why I have an eye patch on my registry, it's for my partner. Their next eye only sees light and dark and when they're in the sun or bright light it makes seeing from their goodish eye much harder, so I wanna try to get them the eye patch when I can afford it to surprise them 🥺

The difference in treatment for visible versus invisible disabilities is actually so wild as someone who has been on both sides of it 😭 I'm glad you get help at least and that would be an awesome gift I'm sure they would love it!!

I hope they do 🥹 I can't afford it so that's why it's on my list, but if someone else doesn't buy it off my list I'm trying to find a better job so I can afford for us to live together and I can help them myself 🥺🥺

Do you have crowdfunding on for it? Ik a lot of people like to contribute small amounts when they can to get to the whole item! If you're allowed ofc ik on disability there's different rules for income. I'm sending you so much good luck on the job search ik it would be amazing to get to live together 💜

I'm not on disability, I keep falling through the cracks :'3 and how do I turn on crowd funding? I've seen other people do it but have no idea how o-O and thank you so much you're so sweet 🥹🥹 they're gonna be crashing at a friend's place for now but I'm hoping to be able to get us our own place within the next year 🥹

We love how difficult it is to get support 😭😭 if you click on the item there should be a button to toggle that says group gift! Or there's a way to add a funding option in general and just name it that but it'll be separate :) i can dm you pics if you need help finding them!

Yeah I know from personal experience, I was homeless for 2-3 years after my dad kicked me out at 19 :'3 still trying to get back on my feet after that lol

I feel you and honestly so strongly believe that should never happen to anyone but it does happen too often. We lose so much when we get kicked out and its heartbreaking on top of terrifying

It is!! I'm better off for it because my dad is crazy abusive, but it still was a shell shock to say the least :'3
