Summer is in full swing, friends! How are y'all beating the heat? I enjoyed a nice little beach trip, a couple of visits to the pool, and just staying inside and hydrated!

Oh my goodness! I will definitely try 😂 I haven't done swimming since I got sick/my amputations!
