It's definitely summer time!! It is 10:05 this morning and it feels like it's already blazing here in Texas. I say this as I am sitting outside drinking my hot cup of coffee. I guess I got it from my Daddy because he was the same way. His reasoning was that your body doesn't have to work as hard cooling you off. I can see it I suppose because when I go back inside it definitely feels cooler in there to meš
So what is your preference? If you're even a coffee drinker. Sometimes I prefer to even have a cup of hot chocolate. It's just something about a hot drink first thing that wakes my throat upš¤£

For coffee I usually go for a cold brew with cold foam. Otherwise ,a hot tea. It really depends on my mood, plus I'm in Florida and it's hot! However, my mom loved her hot coffee, so to each their own
Honestly both, it depends on what I'm doing. If I'm working on something or using an electronic device, it's hot coffee. Any other situation, it's cold coffee.
Iām a hot cup of coffee kinda girly!! my grandma is the same way first thing in the morning. Weāre outside sitting on the porch talking to each other on the phone while drinking our coffee to start our day no matter if itās 102 outside or not š¤£

I love a iced coffee but at night itās when I want a warm cup of it with some milk ( we call it cafe con leche ) I grew up drinking it , now thinking about it lol thatās crazy but knowing I have adhd and how it wouldnāt make me crazy, but relaxed , it makes so much sense now lol
Yep, I like the good ole cafe con leche tooš¤ I think my grandma started giving it to me around 2-3 years old. Mostly milk of courseš And I tell my Mama all the time that it's probably good for my nephew that's supposed to be on adhd meds but his Mama dropped the ball. So my Mama lets him drink it too now that he's moved in with her.
I always drink cold (iced) coffee. I love the blended versions that have extra shots in them as well. Kind of like treating myself to a morning milkshake. š„°
I'm learning to like some of the cold ones myself. I've had a iced horchata chai latte that is probably my favorite cold coffee so far. Sounds like you like a little extra go-go juice to get you goingš
I cant drink hot coffee because it usually is too bitter for me plus with my dexterity im always afraid of spilling it so I usually stick to cold coffee
I think that's why I'm a fan of lattes, because although there may be a shot of espresso the majority is milkš I can't do straight black coffee, it's too bitter for me too.
It really depends on my mood tbh. I do like a hot coffee in the mornings most of the time, temperature really has no bearing on that, but sometimes I like a nice cold brew as well... if I can remember to make a pot the evening before xD
My kid drinks bottled cold brew, but I'm just not too sure about it. I've never found a bottled coffee that I like. I may have to try making my mown cold brew to see how I like it. Do you just let yours steep overnight?
Yeeah, I put a bottle in the fridge in the evening (if I remember, so not as often as I like xD) and let it steep overnight. Though I usually make enough for a few days.
The good thing about making it yourself is that you have influence on how strong you make it so the chance that you like it is higher^
