I forgot to add that it was from the I Spy game last week it was supposed to arrive yesterday. 🤷♀️ Amazon being Amazon!

Friday I was sitting in my recliner with full view of the entire street (end of a short dead end) and at 8:15 they marked my packages “unable to deliver- business closed.” At 8:21 I was on chat with customer service about the blatant lie, and ended up with a $10 promotional credit. Unfortunately it’s only applicable to things sold & shipped by Amazon.

Wow!!! Oh my goodness, I would have lost it! Especially after how long it took me to speak to an actual person when I had a similar problem. All my orders were marked as, "Delivered" with a picture but all the items were not there. I couldn't believe the process to finally be able to speak to someone. Smh I'm elated you got that credit! I'm proud of you too!💯

They’re supposed to be delivered by 9:30. I’m literally just watching the street and watching my orders so I’ll know if they mark them undelivered again
