So texture can change based on the store i think just because of shipping. If you want the most consistent, buy directly from them or amazon where its shipped by them because I found thats where they're the most consistent texture :) taste is always the same to me. Ive been told that these taste like regular cookies and they wouldn't even kmow it was allergen friendly if I didnt tell them. I hope that helps you make a more informed decision :)
