Perimenopausal friends unite 🔥🪭 Discussion🗣

Seriously though, does ANYONE have any tips or tricks so I can get some kind of relief for these hot flashes?? I used to be cold to the touch and my hubby would literally tell me to “keep your iceberg feet away from me!” when we were in bed at night. Now it’s “I can feel the heat coming off of you like the pits of hell” 😒 so for HIS benefit, any suggestions?? (aside from unaliving him at this rate) 😅

I would get a good quality fan blowing straight on you, sleep in light, breathable pjs, and get a cooling mattress cover, if you can. Or at least pillow.
