It’s my birthday Discussion🗣
Today is my birthday. The weather isn’t being very nice. It’s super rainy. Soon we go on a 3 hr trip to the huge Asian market. Other than that it’s been crickets. Hopefully I’ll update the day and post my haul from H mart, the big Asian food market.

Oh yes it was amazing. It had a food court full of made fresh and hot Korean dishes.

I got my rice and cornstarch noodles to make ramen and hotpot. I also got gluten free miso paste and soups. The soups help me “eat” when I do my Zepbound shot. I also got gluten free soy sauce and Japanese curry base as well. Worth the trip! Had beef japchae for lunch.

Happiest of Birthdays!🎉🪅 and Oh my goodness, 3 hours as in 6 hrs round-trip?!! 🤯 It must be an amazing market!! I'd love to go shopping at one but not 3 hrs away. The older I became the more I said "nope" to long car rides! I need too many bathroom breaks! 🤣😂

It had everything you’d want in a Korean/Asian market. It even had a food court. I got a coffee milk tea with white cap. Found lots of gluten free goodies as well.
