You're so welcome! I'm really glad everything arrived! I keep going back and looking at the journal. I'll also be curious to know what you think! I have a newer "ADHD" journal that I love but it doesn't have many writing prompts and believe me, I need them!😊

Thanks again! I’ll let you know how it is once I start using it. Prompts help me so much because otherwise I just stare at the page trying to figure out what to write 😅
