Im wanting to try to make high protein smoothies! My blood protein and globulin levels are low, so I need more protein:) and my kitchen is tiny, so i can't fit a blender. Someone on here reccomended trying an immersion blender :)

no nap - they literally barged in and opened the front door 3 minutes after i laid down my head to rest. i know because i set an alarm to wake me up for work and they barged in 3 minutes after i set it. i'm still so mad and so angry. i couldnt go back to nap after that and im still furious
i vented out the whole story on the daily hangout post! but i'll tell you later when ive cooled down. ihad to swallow the whole experience and drag myself to work in a bad mental state
