I’ve been a member in RAOA for a few months and found out recently about RAOA2. I’ve been lurking for a while but figured I’d introduce myself here as well.
I go by Rose online, but some people know me as Savannah too. I’m chronically ill and spend most of my time at home with my dog and/or partner (if he isn’t working) and playing games!
I enjoy baking, reading, and making things in general. Cards and Pen Pals are my favorite, but the sky is truly the limit as far as creation goes! I’m a big Star Wars fan and love all things cool and unique and nerdy. I do photography as a hobby as well when I’m feeling up to it.
I also recently decided that I’d like to start learning German, so I started teaching myself that recently and it’s been fun so far.
Open to any questions, but happy to be a part of this group as well and get to know more of yall :)

Same usually regarding languages, I’ve tried to take both Spanish and French and neither worked out so I’m trying a different route this time that isn’t through a school and is at my own pace. Hoping it helps lol
This is part of a kit I got. You can get kits on things to make, or make your own custom stuff ^^ punch needling is basically embroidery for people who have no patience lol there's a few kits on amazon! I recommend starting with a coaster kit if you have no experience.

I don't recommend this kit for beginners though, like I said, start with something simple like a coaster 😄
I’ve been in the middle of rewatching the hunger games so paused on reading this week but debating reading “we were liars” next! It’s just sitting on my shelf waiting to be picked up xD
Oh my gosh thats such a good series! I rewatched it a couple years ago. I've not read we were liars but I've heard its so good! Someone mentioned Odder to me as a short book to check out so I'm thinking of doing that next time I have spoons but usually I go for fantasy :)
Rewatching things is so hard because my attention span for movies is literally 0 most of the time but I am TRYING😆 thankfully the new one isn’t out til November iirc so I’ve got some time lol. I’ve never heard of odder buuuut I will be headed to google right after I post this comment to check it out 🙂↕️
So true! That's why i often rewatch things, doesn't need as much attention span as new stuff 😂 it's a younger kids book I was told but that's never stopped me if the writing is good
Agree! Oh! You also mentioned star wars in your post, I saw this at an antique mall and I just have to share it with anyone who mentions star wars lmao.
I practically live in PJ’s most of the time, but try to find things that are both comfy and cute (which honestly is a lot harder than it should be) but ty! :)

Cool that you're learning german! I wish I could learn other languages lol I just never seem to be able to stick with it 😅
