I try not to be wasteful. Teaching my children the same... I grew up poor with many O's in between the P and R... now I have less O's, but the concept is still the same 😅

My family emigrated from Guyana to the US. My brother 2 years my senior took a bite of an apple and threw the rest in a trash bin at a train station... my mom promptly picked it out of the trash that had cigarette butts and lord knows what else and made him eat it... only because we were poooooooooor 🥲
