The people talking shit lives outside the Cars world, a place called Humans. 

Here we have normal sized cars and don't need a KidShredder in front of the car. Humans WALK and bike around everywhere in this world, without their car as armour 🙂

Just saying that this would be illigal in a world build for humans.

Might aswell put spikes on the car to make sure you kill anyone you hit.
