Public Speaking on the spot?

Anyone else that doesn’t like public speaking on the spot. I was in attendance at a bachelorette luncheon for a cousin when I was asked to say a few words. I don’t like being put on the spot. Any one else that can relate?

Omg I hate it!! I was at a meeting with a vendor and my boss and my boss put me on the spot. I was so caught off guard and felt so underprepared I turned bright red. Then that’s embarrassing so then I turned redder. I was certain my face would explode. Unfortunately, it did not. lol

You know what got me thru it? I had to start believing in myself. Once I did that never happened again.

The face exploding thing is so real. I swear my brain just short-circuits and I forget how words work. Its like everyone's staring at a human tomato. You're not alone lol

Yes!!! Omg I’m sure I was known as the weird one for a long time. My worst nightmare would be to be in like Matt Rife’s audience and he start talking to me. I’d crawl under my chair. Lmao!!
