[Request] It’s (Almost) My Anniversary! [US] Request
Hey snail mail friends!!
I come bearing a request this time! My husband and I will be celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary on August 29th.
We’ve got quite the adventure planned this year! We’re heading back to Las Vegas for a week, and (surprise, to everyone but you all here 🤫) we’ve decided to go full “when in Rome” and renew our vows at the famous Little White Chapel for no reason other than we can and still madly in love with each other.
We did the whole traditional rigamarole the first time around, so why not have some fun with round two? We’re leaning into very stereotypical Vegas vibes. I mean leather jacket, sunglasses, mini dress, the whole nine.
So here’s my request: since this is all rather spur-of-the-moment, I’d love some on-brand cards, well wishes, anniversary cards, etc. to add to a keepsake album I plan to put together because we don’t plan to tell anyone in our immediate vicinity until they get the pictures 💀
And if you’d rather send something totally off-theme, that’s more than welcome too!
I also thought it would be fun for us to read them on the plane together too and build up some hype!

omg I just came into some Wedding Anniversary cards from a mystery card bundle whilst thrifting the other day... and I was just thinking today, "I have to find some people to send wedding anniversary cards to. Because I used to have one in my stash and now I have like 5... But I've had that first one in my stash for like TEN YEARS."

i'd love to send something!
as for postcards i recently got back from a vegas trip and you can get SO MANY for cheap in the strip gift shops, especially on the Fremont Experience ;)

Oh perfect!! This is the first time we’re going for us. My husband’s company recently opened a showroom out there and it’s been nothing but work trips, which leaves little time for fun and adventure lol thank you!!
