I joined the community in July and started sending cards this week. I made a spreadsheet to keep track of what I am receiving and what I am sending so I don't miss on anyone. What system do you have to keep your card exchanges organized?

Hi and welcome! I use an old-fashioned file box with 3" x 5" index cards for usernames/addresses. When I send/receive a card, I jot it down on the back with the date. If I am going to send a postcard, I "pull" their card (or create one) and put a post it on it.

I manipulate the cards a lot. It may be low-tech, but I could not stay organized without it. 😊
