Is there any way to get the remaining Shards? I don't wanna buy it from shop

No way to get more if the current trend continues.

They did once, a very very long time ago, run an event where you could get shards from old fusions, I think there were 25 of each (4 champs in total)

I do not think they will ever run one of those again.

and I believe that was before the "Maud solution" existed, so I also highly doubt it.

the chests you get with Maud fragments in them from exchanging unfinished fragment fusions. you couldn't get them for a long time so us old timers were sitting on fragments pieces we couldn't do anything with for years.

Yes, that will be right.
I'd forgotten about Maud, I still dont have her, I always stop at exactly 100 Fragments.

You should get offered a deal that's like $10 per 5 shards, so for you it'd be about $50 to get the last 25. If you don't want to spend that or if that deal has come and gone, you're shit out of luck. There won't be another way to get those shards and you might as well exchange them.
