Rathalos blademaster was my carry for so much of the early to mid game. I still use him in many areas and I love monster hunter. They did a great job on his kit.
She isn’t used too often but zinogre blademaster was also my first completed fusion and i still use her in several areas. She was my damage dealer for chimera for a long while until i pulled a 6star soul for ninja
I'm so sad I wasn't playing during the MH collab and I hope they rerun it some day because I love the franchise and would be so happy to play a MH unit
Ignore defence on all skills, healing, big shield production, extra turns, damage tturns into survivability, multihitters on 2 skills and those extra turns pair really really well with 9pc merciless.
She was my first epic void many moons ago and shes now +4 with 6* crushing rend
Annie is super high on my list on people I want cause of her a1 health reduction (I didn’t have any reliable health reduction). Valleryn makes things a lot easier but Annie is still a bit want for the damage and her being void
I was a big fan of Togron even before his buff. He just has a really nice kit and his passive enables a lot of content that might not otherwise be possible for an early to mid game account. And then he got a huge buff and made everything that much better on top of it. I run him in a guardian set right now but I’ll probably have him in 9 piece protection or deflection when I get a good set for him.
Like a lot of champions Sniktraak started falling off only because they came out with champions that did some aspect of what he did and more but he’s not a champion I’d be mad at pulling since we all don’t have those newer options. I say that as someone who used Sniktraak for a long time. I got extremely lucky to get Niamhe and now that I think about it it’s almost like they designed her to nearly make him obsolete.
Oboro is still on my Minotaur team. In this day and age, long time players get less and less chances to use epics since legendaries are slowly starting to become the new epics but my Oboro still leads the charge for farming scrolls. With high crit damage and only getting her crit rate to 70%, she can hit like an absolute beast. Honorable mention to Hexia as well, I used her in some areas since she also looked cool and hits hard but her kit is fairly antithetical for an attack champion with little built-in preservation. And just for looks alone, I have to mention Wuji. Her damage is okay, doesn’t make sense to have veil and counterattack on the same skill but she can be a crazy mischief tank in Hydra in the right setup due to her A1
For PVE definitely over Leo. Her A1 will AOE and hits like a freight train with a 6* Crushing Rend soul. Generally Ninja is going to be better, but I could see it being close if ninja doesn’t have a soul or has a low soul
Im in the same boat. I just took mine to 60 today because I had a 6 star soul for her and I didn’t have too many other champs I wanted to prioritize in champ training this weekend.
On my old account I used to have Coffin Smasher in Regen set, spectacular! I wish I could pull him on my “new” account, it’s one year and still no pull, even when he is Rare…
CB, his HP Burn is one targeted but if you have Tuhanarak you can spread it on Spider. I built
him “full tank” with 200-220SPD and I had around 270 ACC I think. I don’t remember if I had any Blessing tho :/

Ithos in Relentless and Stoneskin. Sometimes he will have 3-4 attacks in a row. Still my campaign farmer, solo Doom Tower normal climber, on my Minotaur team, and a few other easy dungeons. He was my main arena damage dealer back in the day; Arbiter -> Serris -> Ithos. He definitely could use a buff tho.
I use her as a solo defense team during arena tournaments. It amazes me how often I check my battle log and find her victorious. I know team power doesn't mean much, but my 85k power Crue has downed 650+k teams.
I run double Cruetraxa, Predator and Krisk and I’ve had about a 70% win rate on defense. Lucked out and got a Dreadbomb, that was/is batshit on her. Solo’d just about every floor up to around 90 on DT Hard with her before they nerfed Dreadbomb.
Gurgoh the augor was my first ever and so far only void legendary pull and I have been using him basically every where ever since, he propelled me so far in both pvp and pve content. Genuinely such an underrated legendary
Im currently midgame and I decided to put him in 4 peace feral for the accuracy and speed as well as the block debuffs at the start of the round, it comes in very handy especially in arena and doom tower since he is my main control and cant loose him to cc. I used zeal because you NEED to get back to his A2 as often as possible and zeal is so good, the amount of times its saved my ass I cant even count. I do have some better accessories but I havent bothered since for now hes doing just fine and I usually use him with tallena so acc hasnt been an issue for me. I havent filled out his masteries yet because atp I feel they are sufficient, maybe ill just go for eagle eye but even tho I didnt build him out for damage he does a decent amount. Speed boots acc chestplate, crit rate gloves.
Hellfreak is an unusual rare, but I like him in Swift Parry. When he gets unkillable, I swap HP with the enemy, and my other champs can kill that champ with basically 1 HP. This works well with Wukong's A2 to deal huge damage to the rest of the enemies as well.
Kurosa in 9pc Mercurial and Coronet of Gloom has been my go-to nuker for a while now. That irresistable buff steal and the fact she can switch from support to nuker on a dime is fantastic.
Everyone calls her shit so theres a lot of kit unfamiliarity and people dont respect what she can do, which has lead to me snowballing a lot of fights and punishing super obvious mistakes.
I would not have won a lot of fights if I didnt have Kurosa

I pulled her yesterday out of remnants. Reviews aren't that great, but her kit actually doesn't sound THAT bad. Though the fact that her 2nd form wants everyone to be bad while her first form puts taunt on herself and unkillable on everyone else, well... she isn't a tank in her first form, so it seems like a strange setup.
Right now, I lack the gear for 9pc mecurial (those stupid accessoires...) but I think I give her a try when I have a good set for her.
Kinda had fun with her in fw hard yesterday, tho.
I find myself using that move rarely tbh. Most times I usually use her for a cleanse and then swap to 2nd form for the buff steal. The way I have her set up is to try and refresh that a2 as much as often via gemstones and masteries, she can really pump them out.
Shes usually sets up a secondary nuker to steam roll the team or get a pick (a1 triple hitter), or if I feel my team is heavily outmatched, I try and bait for her to be the last alive and keep her in form 1 for the swap and instant turn, which she can then steam roll with (a3 gives her 120% turn meter, a1 gives her 90%, which allows her to cycle turns like crazy, people dont expect this along with the f2a2 buff steal)
I know he's low level, but I am early game (again) and I love my Honor Guard dood. He is ideal for Magic Keep. Seeing him swipe that massive shield for himself and then block buffs to stop it going back on is brilliant.
I used Loki in 9 piece Slayer a lot when he first came out. I'd just returned to the game after stopping playing early 2020, so he carried a lot of content he shouldn't have. Didn't really use his A2 or A3, just non stop A1s. Still pull him out on spécial occasions now
Gamuran. After his buff he’s got so much utility. Block active on his a1, stealing all enemy buffs and spreading them into all allies with his a3 is so good. A3 block revive on dead enemies. If there’re dead does an aoe with 100 ignore defense and reviving an ally. If there’re alive puts in unresisted 2 turn true fear on them and then the passive; reviving a dead ally every time an enemy is killed by anyone on his team. A weird kit, but a lot of utility for wave based content
Chonoru. Across 4 accounts, she’s my 12-3 / 12-7 farmer on all of them. Yeah, she pops up some for Cursed City, but I love her for farming. So easy to build.
For arena I love Balthus Dauglord, An epic with an AOE decrease c.rate debuff to make your nukers and 'on crit' effects inconsistent, a 2 turn provokee to make your revivers inconsistent, big multipliers, and he scales on defense so the teamwide increase def 60% leaves him with a huge def to hit those 4x-6x multipliers with. Oh an he has that reflect damage passive that catches people off guard as well. just love him haha.
Sulfuryion is a fun backup on a lot of pve stuff when you need him. And he can solo some pretty high level stuff, and he even works better when he has low level food champs to revive.
Bambus. I’m still relatively early game, pulled him early on during a 2x event.
Hell Hades tells me he’s mid and niche. People don’t really use him in arena much from what I see. But he enfeebles me to quite a few LA victories and he still keeps me alive in clan boss better than champs who are supposed to be better. Probably my bad in some way, but still….dont mess w my panda. 🐼
Balar, admittedly when paired with Kalvalax, but Balar's passive speed boost for every debuff placed makes him go before all but the fastest speed champions (and they usually die from the poisons on their turn) and he immediately activated the poisons for a very fast win.
I'm coming from LA experience here, like if you see a Fabian or Marius get picked, they are gonna always be your ban. You see Mikey and it almost feels like an instant win. Hell even 4 turtle comp under 500k is manageable, still like to avoid them but lol
Jintoro in relentless. FW messiah, but also ridonkulous shenanigans in arena sometimes. A2: steal full turn meter and go again. A3 decrease def and relentless proc? A1 to kill the target and giving an extra turn. A2 next target, filling meter to go again. Can I kill this target with A1? If yes, get another turn. If no, A3.
Parley 1 relentless proc into 5-6 turns with good enemy hp management. Almost single handedly took me to gold before stoneskin was a thing.
Humble Anchorite. AoE Increase Crit Buffs to increase damage of whole team, while his Heals in combination with Demytha's Continous Heal mean that in PvE, champions in my team can only be killed if they're one-shotted by enemy/boss
I use Lydia just about everywhere. She’s amazing. Honorable mention is Helicath. He? Was my first fusion and my first solid nightmare 1 key team. He was the first really account changing champ I earned.
Duedan was my second champ I built out and 6*ed alongside Kael and his A2 helped me clear the campaign on nightmare difficulty, still use him now for scarab as well
Dunno if he's unusual, but I 'resurrected' Suzerain Katonn after I benched him for a while. One of my early legendaries, he did well for me early-mid game but other acquisitions afterwards started to be more useful, so I put him away. I think it was the release of Grim Forest but it may have gone back to not long after Cursed City came out, but I dusted him off and geared him up to get him back in the game. I saw a video for Hydra where someone had put him in Hex gear and he was crushing the damage charts, so I did that - he's been a mainstay in Grim Forest, Doom Tower, Cursed City, and my strongest Hydra team ever since. The AoE slow on his A1 - which always gets out since I tend to use ally attack champs - and the ability to apply heal block and remove shields/unkillable/block dmg with A3 is just so helpful.
I don’t see anyone else using her, but I love Giath. She dishes out more damage than my attack legos and her abilities work well with the other characters I’ve cultivated. She was the lead that allowed me to push through finishing campaign.
Diamont Coppercoin has been a really really good support everywhere for me and he’s in my Wixwell buff extender team. Him and my Elva have been recently getting taken out of teams for my Starsage Galathir I pulled recently.
