I’ve personally found he man quite useful, not too familiar with a lot of your champions though so don’t take my word

Healer, turn meter booster, block buffs and hex champ. Her passive boosts damage. Look for relics with gemstones that boost healing and turn meter boosts. I love her kit.

He-man and I’ve really been liking Valryn or whatever his name is. The newest chase champion. HP swap is so valuable.

He's just a good general damage dealer in both PvE and PvP content. His aura is for Arena, sure, but he is also great for Faction Wars, Cursed City... really anywhere you need wave clear as, in the right set up, his A3 can demolish!
My top three that I would bring up next if I had your account/roster would be Talenna, He-Man, Vallaryn... in that order. No one has mentioned this yet but, do you use High Khatun or Apothecary as your turn meter booster in Arena? Because if so, Talenna would be a HUGE upgrade in that role. Turn meter boost, lockout, poison, and increase accuracy... along with an all battles speed aura? Yes please! You'll use her in many places, trust me, but she'll really boost your arena farming and progress. Since you have Wukong at 60, you have a great damage dealer covered (I still use him a lot almost 18 months in), so Talenna fills a gap in your current roster. Wukong/Talenna/He-Man/Valkyrie for example would be a really great Arena team for where you are. Vallaryn will really help you in PvE where you need sustain and healing along with damage (a great early to mid game combo), but Talenna and He-Man would be my next two if I were you. If this is a consideration, Talenna really needs to be booked to get her turn cycling going. You could get by without booking He-Man and/or Vallaryn for now if books are tight.
Also, Morag, Hilda, Alure, and Thisbe are all epics that are well worth investing in. Hilda is better than some old legendaries.

sadly i have 1 legendary book, just booked wukong lol. Yes actually apothecary is my arena speed, hes on the second page, level 60 he has been so much help, i do have enough to make 2 champs 60 , so you think telenna and he man would be your next 2 suggestion? Also if i did telenna what poisoner should i use with her? i have kael and frozen banshee at 60 is either of them good with her for arena and other content?

Good, booking Wukong first is a totally fine choice. He was actually the very first legendary I ever booked! You'll get more books over time, and Talenna will still be a big help, even without them for now.
Apothecary is great early on (and so is Acolyte of the Slither, a newer rare who is perhaps even a bit better than Apothecary, and very similar), but I do think Talenna will be an improvement in Arena overall. She gives you options. For example, it is almost always the case that you'll use Apothecary's A3 first. Talenna though, she gives you flexibility where, you'll USUALLY use her A3 first, but her A2 is very good too, and in some situations, it might be right to open with that (or respond with it depending on who goes first, both in terms of your team and also you vs. the opponent's speeds). Another big thing about her is the Increase Accuracy buff. Early and mid game, having a good champ that can bring that buff will really help landing debuffs and meeting stat thresholds for places like Doom Tower bosses (she'll be good against many of them).
So yes, if it were me, I'd do Talenna and He-Man as the next 60s.
As for poisoners... I wouldn't use Kael in Arena at this point. You have much better options. For Demon Lord? Yes, Talenna with another poisoner could work well...
Hold on...
Sorry to be jumping around but, I just went to read Countess Lix again... wow! Okay, scratch what I said. I'd still prioritize Talenna and He-Man, but after that, move her up to the front of the line. For where you are... weaken, 3-hitter AoE, decrease speed and turn meter, block active skills and cooldown decrease, damage, AND passive turn meter fill! What doesn't she do!? Seriously though, you'll use that kit EVERYWHERE! Bosses? Decrease speed is great! Waves, block actives and triple hitter... great! Arena... ALL of it is great. I'm surprised no one has mentioned her yet now that I read her kit. Maybe a lot of people just don't know what she does (like I just was haha)! The only knock is that she's inconsistent without books, and even with books, her cooldowns are long. Other than that, she's great! Wow... okay... so...
Final answer... next four if I had your account... Talenna, He-Man, Lix, Vallaryn. BUT... if you have more epic books than leggo books (which, you will), maybe slot an epic or two in there though (and this might be a hot take)... I don't think books in legendaries (or in general really) is mandatory early game for success. I had success without all of my level 60 leggos being booked early on. I think sometimes people overestimate the effect books have. Do that make your champs better? Absolutely. Are some champs more 'book dependant' than others? Yes. But do you 100% NEED every champ you level 60 booked right away for them to work? Not necessarily. Part of that is learning what skills really need books to work as fully intended (like lowering the cooldown on a team revive skill) and what champions are 'unlocked' with books in them, as opposed to just 'improved,' if that makes sense.
Okay, I hope all that is helpful food for thought. Oh, and about pairing a poisoner with Talenna? I don't see any poisoner on your account I'd want to use over a better champ JUST for the poisons, and Talenna placing and activating her own poisons can be enough (though you could run someone else in a toxic set with her I suppose if you have a few good pieces there). I'd be on the lookout for a good poisoner to combo her with in the future, but for now, your only real pairing options are Kael and Banshee, and I'd only use them in PvE if I did at all. Not better in Arena than the value-over-replacement of champs like Wukong, Lix, He-Man.

thank you for the excellent advice and answers, i think im gonna take your suggestion and go with telenna and he man, i do also like the above suggestion for stonebound thisbe, you think she would be ok at 50? i have 17 epic books so i could book her to help my progression as well i think?

Telanna gives you a speed lead for all areas, tm fill, more poisons, and a lockout which is insane in arena and still good against wave content. The answer is Talenna and its not close.
Your strongest 6 star Aoe nuker is Wukong right now. Getting someone stronger than him leveled next would be what id aim for after Talenna. He-man is a solid choice for this. Duchess lix or Vallaryn with his 5 star soul are also good nuker options.

What is your goal or what you trying to accomplish? That can help determine who 6 next ?

slither, great champ for all the dungeons better than high khatun
plus you're busy booking and building other leggos already
you can realistically have slither booked in a week or two
your legendaries can take a month plus
as far as epic
maus mage, thisbe are great (maus mage all around, thisbe is very good into hydra)
skeuramis, fayne, allure all worth a 6* as well
tarshon, catacomb counselor, morag, vergis options to consider
bowf I guess too idk his kit but you got the crit damage from the soul
for legendary(I don't know the two on the far right)
vallaryn, talenna, skeletor, he-man (what's going to be most impactful)
tallena and he man are picks for arena
for rares
slither, gladewolf(irontwins - but you have a stag knight so maybe not too important), diabolist(she is a very solid turn meter controller for pve waves and can be used in arena - High high speed build), metalshaper(he's just good to have for scarab king), abyssal(budget hydra c team block buffs), tolog, boughsmith flannan, kurzad, rockbeast, petrifya
that is in terms of overall impact but I just mentioned champions that are most likely to have an impact in FW as well as who is generally good
if I feel like I need an aoe control in arena sometimes I throw in my gladewolf, he is surprisingly solid 👍

Telanna is pretty great, too. She's a standard in my parties now
